Autogrange Cars include a 3 month warranty on all of our car sales unless stated otherwise. This warranty includes, all items listed on page 5 of the warranty booklet, titled DRIVER, detailed below, there is an option to upgrade to the DRIVER PLUS warranty with additional parts covered listed on page 6, titled DRIVER PLUS, the cost to do this is a one off fee of £125. The labour limit for both the DRIVER and DRIVER PLUS warranty is £54 per hour including VAT. The warranty expires 3 months or 3000 miles whichever occurs first after the purchase date of the vehicle, the total claim limit for this warranty is between £500 and £2000, dependant on vehicle sale price.
It is important to understand that this warranty is not comparable to that of a manufacturer’s warranty that you receive when buying a brand new car. We are selling second hand cars and whilst every effort is made to ensure our cars leave us in fine health, it is also important to understand that you are often paying a fraction of the new price of the vehicle and that one of the reasons behind this is the car has had use, parts will be worn and that not everything will be covered under this warranty.
It is the reasonsibility of the vehicle owner to get the car to an authorised garage to be diagnosed/repaired. If the issue is not covered under this warranty the cost of diagnosis and repair will fall to the vehicle owner. Repairs must not be carried out without authorisation.
Customers who live within a 50 mile radius of Autogrange Cars will be directed to our chosen repairer - CARS, Unit 12 Three Springs Industrial Estate, Vincent Road WR5 1BW. Customers who reside outside of this radius can also use this garage, or be directed to any VAT registered garage
